ORLANDO — A federal judge on Friday struck down as unconstitutional a city ordinance that barred large group feedings for homeless at downtown area parks.Bums are dangerous because they are bat shit crazy and having nothing to lose. They are also filthy and leave a trail of destruction wherever they go. Of course nearby businesses don't want them around--no one wants them around. A large group of rabid bums will frighten customers away and dirty up the area.

The city has argued that transients who were gathering for weekly meals had created safety and sanitary problems for nearby businesses.
Both bums and pigeons have a lot in common--They are both scavenging pests that harass you for scraps and shit all over the place. In some major cities, it is against the law to feed pigeons. With that said, why can't we keep a law to ban large group feedings of homeless at downtown area parks?
Don't feed the pigeons and don't feed the bums
