Is that a cast on his foot? Fuck, if it is, tax payer dollars for sure paid for that. Dude is pretty heavy for a bum.....looks like he's eating well. I like how he's looking at the photographer like huh? Kind of reminds me of the famous Patterson bigfoot footage:
